Belanza Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

At Belanza, we want every customer to have the best shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


 

1. Refund Policy

  • Belanza is not responsible for damage after delivery unless the product was damaged in transit.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory in case of claims related to missing items, leakage, breakage, or incorrect product.

  • To request a refund, contact our customer care at +91-9310235936 or email support@belanza.in with the video/images and subject line: “Refund Request – [Order Number]”.

  • Packages tampered, damaged, or defective should be refused at delivery.

  • Notify customer care within 3 days if your order is marked as delivered but not received. Claims after this period will not be entertained.

  • Refunds exclude delivery charges, which are non-refundable.

  • COD refunds will be transferred to your bank account within 4–7 working days.

  • Refund claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Once accepted, the refund may take up to 15 days to reflect in your account.


 

2. Return Policy

  • In case of damaged, broken, or leaked products due to transit, a refund or exchange can be initiated after verification.

  • Contact our customer care within 24–48 hours of receiving a damaged product to initiate the process.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned, except in cases of damaged or incorrect delivery.


 

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse.

  • A 2.5% gateway charge applies for cancellations.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If returned, ₹75 will be deducted from prepaid orders.

Q1. How long does it take to receive my refund?

  • Prepaid orders: within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.

  • COD orders: 4–7 working days to the bank account provided.

  • Transaction details and screenshots will be shared upon initiation.

Q2. Can I return opened/used products?

  • No. Only damaged, broken, leaked, or missing items are eligible for return or refund.

Q3. How can I cancel an order placed by mistake?

  • You can cancel on the order confirmation page within a few hours of placing the order.
