All orders from Belanza are shipped from our warehouse in Rohini, Delhi, India via trusted courier partners. Please allow the following estimated delivery timelines from the date of order:

Delivery Hours:

Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. All shipments require a signature upon delivery. If you are unavailable, you may authorize an alternative recipient (family member, colleague, or neighbor).

Belanza is not responsible for goods signed for by an alternative person.

• Belanza is not liable for damages after delivery.

• Any claims for shortages or damaged items must be reported to customer care on the day of delivery.
